Click on images for a larger viewFour days after the Christmas eclipse, on December 29, 2000, the Moon graciously moved next to Venus for a wonderful conjunction. A nice amount of snow on the ground made for a beautiful Christmas card scene. A blue spruce lit up in front of my home created the final touch.
